Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. You must request a return authorization from our company within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items picked up locally are non-returnable, as clients will have the opportunity to inspect and agree to take the products home while in the shop.
- Clothing provided by the client for embroidery or printing services is non-refundable. In the event of an embroidery or printing error, Embellishway will only cover the embroidery service, and the client must provide the product.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
- Once authorized, follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
